Deep Diver
Your Advanced Diver Certification took you to 100ft / 30m. Now you want to go beyond the ordinary and dive safely to 130 ft / 40m.
Your Instructor for this course is a qualified Technical Diver so he has definitely “been there, done that”.
Deep Diver Course – 2 Days
Academic Study – The eLearning module is available for this course.
4 boat dives over 2 days.
Extensive dive experience is required.
At least one dive of the course will be to a depth of 130ft / 40m.
Padi-approved specialty course counts towards MSD.
What you need to know
You are required to have an Advanced Open Water Certification or equivalent from another Agency.
You need to be an experienced diver with excellent dive skills.
This course covers the planning, organization, techniques, problems, and hazards of deep diving. We look at managing the risk factors, safety stops, equipment requirements, and emergency techniques.
Included is a review of your knowledge of SAC rates and, gas management.
You will need a personal dive computer for this course.
We include the use of a Pony bottle with regs at no extra cost.
